Obvisoulsy the kit will have to be external, but has anyone done this before?

i was considering the zalman resorator thing......it's a neat external solution but it's hard spending £150 on one of those when i know that for about £30less i can get an amasing custom kit.
i know i'm going to have to make it external and use 3/8" tubing but with a single slot GPU blowing into the case, 4gb RAM which gets up to 70'c and the Q6600 which hits 55-60'c......it all gets a little toasty!

with no HDD cage you may be able to. i would have to get a modular psu, external caddy for my other hdd and a single 120.1 rad though.

it took him around 8-10months to make that too.
i'd be happy with a silent and cool case.
I'm definately tempted to get a modular psu and get rid of the HDD case. Could mount a single 120.1 rad there then......small pump and a single loop for the gpu and cpu.

measuring the space between the front panel and the start of the motherboard, the rad would have to be raised over the edge of the MB
