Watercooling a TJ07 : radiator positioning

I am buying the Silverstone TJ07 case and have also decided to get the Swiftech H2O Apex Ultra, both twin 120mm fan mounts look as if they would take the radiatior but I do not know which to use.

I don't know which would be cooler as the top has all the heat rising through the case but the bottom is nearer the PSU, having the radiator at the top means it would be closer to the resevoir as is design to go in the top 5 1/4" bay and the overall loop would be shorter.

Also I may want to add a second loop in the future if I upgrade to SLI or Crossfire.
 
Is this a single 120 rad ? If possible, I think it's best to mount it at the top of the case, with a blowhole, and 2 fans push/pull config.

As for the rest of the loop, try set it up so that the CPU gets cooled right after the water goes thru the radiator, maybe base your Rad positioning on that.
 
It is a dual radiator, the case has twin 120mm mount at the top and on bottom of the left side panel.
