Hi

I was directed to this section from a previous thread about my PC build.

As i said i am new to watercooling and was thinking of purchasing the
V12 watercooling kit 360 from overclockers

can anyone tell me if these parts are worth it?? and also i am wanting to watercool my gpu's twin 570's so any advice on what parts to get for that would be appreciated

thanks guys/girls.

90% of watercooling is pure research and planning.

You could buy the kit but there's no reason to. It's better to buy everything you want separately.

You should start by choosing a good case and looking up watercooling guides and projects for it to get ideas.

what case have you got at the moment?

are you looking to cool the CPU and GPU's or just the GPU's?

have you any sort of budget on the watercooling setup?

sorry about the late replies guys i am getting a in-win dragon rider case
(full tower)

I am wanting to watercool the cpu and both gpu's

i will do some more research into watercooling and will take your advice.

not seen that case before so couldnt really comment on what sort of rads you could fit into it tbh. i would say you will need at least 480mm worth of rad space. to be safe i would go with 600 can do this with a 360 and a 240 but as said i dont know what you cam fit in the case.

fan wise on the rads i would say the sythe GT 1850 rpm fans on a fan controller would be a nice idea.

i basically have the same setup as you and its cooled by a 480mm and a 240mm rad.

as for water blocks have you any prefrence on what you want?

actually i have decided after looking at the bit-tech forums that I'm going to create my own custom case
so that it meets the specs i want and is personal to my liking (may be cheaper too aha) so the dimensions I can actually make so that everything fits.
