Well im looking for a watercooling setup to take my PC to the next level, hoping to get 3.4 maybe from my E4300. I was just wondering if i bought the "Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra+ Watercooling Kit (Socket 462/478/LGA775/754/939/940)" in this week only, would i be able to just buy an Ek GPU block for my 8800, or is it better to buy all custom.

My case is the Lian PC7+, and atm I'm using a Arctic Cooler 7 HSF, would I be wise to go with watercooling, or should i just buy a high end air cooler and some NB cooling?

Never watercooled before, but willing to learn.

Sounds good.

Its up to you to decide if its worth it or not over air or custome watercooling. Either way its a good set up.

I wouldn't recommend all custom for a first timer. The Swiffy stuff is very good and in my experience of both Swiftech kit and older custom cooling, the Swiftech kits are easy to setup and perform very close to custom.
