watercooling advice

evening all,
later on this year im thinking about water cooling my set up (in sig) also thinking of getting a gtx 580. i wanted your advice, as i have never done this before would i benefit from getting one of the EK Supreme HF 360 water cooling kit, or doing a custom loop? is it difficult? are there any good/recommended sites for me to look at to see how it is done? i got a bit confused looking at all of the different bits i would need

take a look at that thread. All depends on how much your willing to spend and how far yo want to clock and make it future proof

There not cheap but will get better temps and you can easy ad another gpu for sli down the line

Ive got the haf 932 and i think its great.

So do you want to cool your cpu and gpu.?

For high end kit these are my estimate prices. On my phone so can't give you an exact price.

60 per block
60 pump
60-70 rad
15-50 res but they dont make a difference cooling wise it just looks
few quid for barbs and few quid for water.

so your taking 200 for a good kit. But you can easy cool cpu and gpu on a lower budget

im undecided as to get a gtx 580, or go sli with my 570, but yea water cool both, like i said trying to get an idea of the cost so i can save up

Would that be sell your 570 and got a 580 or just buy a 580.

Sli would be a lot better but you will need a good kit for that. I cheap kit will not cut it for sli. Especially if your clocking

ek is pretty much what everyone buys 1 there good 2 there cheap (cheaper than some make at same or little less performance)

If you want a El block don't buy a nickel plated version copper only since there is QC issues with them.( would link but posting from my phone.

you use predictive text as well ha ha. have to save in ek or it comes out as el.

the chances of getting one are quite slim all my blocks (3) are nickel
