Watercooling and design

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Am in process of having a new system built with the intel i7, and with the case i ordered which is the coolmaster cosmos with default colour fans they are red, i was thinking of having blue watercoolant as am having it water cooled until i realised, and since thought i didnt think the 2 colours would go

I found out my choice of colours are RED, Green, Purple And blue just asking for advice really on what to go for, i also got the option of having
Ultra Violet Reactive Kit (2xUV Lights, 2xSATA2 HDD Cable, 1xIDE cable)

So was thinking any ideas of Red Fans and ultra violet with Green or Purple Coolant or if was just having Red Fans what colour coolant to go for to add contrast.

Am Open to ideas Thanks

The case am getting is cosmos s and am trying to find out were the standard fans are so then can choose about various colours

Yeah the ones at the front and back are all red but now that thrown my idea of blue liquid cause prob be to much i can have the other fans blue if wanted which would be looking down but would red from left to right and blue straight down we blue liquid tubeing look daft am not sure, if not would a bit of green go with it for liquid that is

I'm just waiting for the rest of my parts this week until I watercool my cosmos s so have been thinking similar things with regards to the red.

I eventually gave up on red as the theme as it's so hard to get reds that actually look red. Blue and red looks fine together anyway. The most restricting thing I've found which has dictated colour, has been the lack of availability of coils/tubing etc. at the moment.

Also...unless I was missing a fan then the cosmos s only comes with a red fan at the front. I did get it b grade though so who knows.

Nice looking build, Admiral. ;)

Thats not to bad then i was more concerned about the fan at bottom faceing up if that was red then id give it a miss a been advised i can have adittional blue fans for the top which sounds a good option

I don't think red LED's with blue tubing would work so well. If you get dark blue tubing with bright blue coolant that might work. Blues LED's with red tubing work as 'Phunky Phish' linked (my case :P). I'd like to see red or blue LED's with dark purple tubing, I think those colours would work well. To be honest you can't really go wrong, nearly all colour combinations will work. I'm not so keen on light blue or clear water cooling they don't 'POP' like others.
