Watercooling: Bleeding with a bayres

I assume that you just leave the top off and extend a little so it protrudes from the front of the case?
 
yeah that will do it, if you can you might consider tilting it a bit so the front of the res in higher than the back, speeds the whole process up a bit and you can do it with the res less full without fear of drawing air back into the loop.

Once you have it about done, fill it to the brim, seal it again and run the pump whilst tipping the case about, that will dislodge a fair bit more air probably then repeat the process.
