I may have been very stupid. My set up was going to have a bay res/pump, going into a CPU block going into a rad at the top of the case. I have just seen a video that said your fill point must be the highest point, I do not have a fitting to connect pipe to the port to make the funnel higher than the rad. I assumed that as long as I filled the res it would pump up into the rad, Do i need to go and buy more fittings?

As said it will be fine.

What i do is fill the res and loop as much as it will take, then turn on the pump keeping the res filled up, and then slowly move the case, tilting it over to help the trapped air escape around the loop until it comes back to the res with the lid off. My rad is up top and bay/res 2/3 up the front of the case.

As said it will be fine, my filling point is at the lowest point and my loop works fine. I may just take a bit of pipe squeezing to encourage to air in the pipe to move on and let the coolant replace it, once done it will be fine.
