OK, watercooling bits coming tomorrow, whats the best way to connect it all ?

So water flows through them like this:

Res - Pump - Rad - Waterblocks

Or Waterblocks - Rad - Res - Pump

TIA

The only thing that has any impact is having the res or t-line on the inlet of the pump, as this greatly aids with filling and bleeding of the loop.

Tube everything else up to minimise tight bends and the overall length of tubing.

It makes no difference, what ever simplifies the tube route is what you should go for, whether that places the blocks before or after the radiator is irrelevant.

Precisely. Poor flow makes more of a difference than what order the parts go. So whether the rad is before the cpu or the cpu before the gpu is less important than that the piping is as short and straight as possible. Sharp bends will affect the overall performance more than the sequence.

the only connection order that really matters is with blocks that have "direction"

eg all the high resistance jet design blocks *need* water going in thru 1 barb out out the other(others) and for all blocks with a center barb, over the core waer should go in over the core.
