Watercooling for 939 system?

I have a computer with the following -

DFI Ultra-D
X2 3800@ 2.8ghz 1:1 timings
2x 1gb Gskill HZ
8800GT
Hyper type r 580W

How expensive would it cost to put in water cooling and what would be the gains? I would really like a silent pc and maybe a few more mhz from processor / graphics

The issue with a lot of watercooling options is that they are not really silent, often they can be noisier than standard HSF. For a silent option the Zalman Reservators fit the bill but they are an expensive option. I am not sure how big the oc headroom is for a x2 3800 939 chip.
