watercooling help and spec please

Hi all,

I have a i7 920 Do running @ 4.2 on air with a Prolimatech Megahalems with push / pull fans. Now it has settled down Idle temps are 40.37.40.36 whilst i am posting this.
When running IBT or LinX it get to 70.69.70.68, so not that bad. It is sat in a HAF 932 case with good fans on Low.

Have been looking @ water cooling as i like the looks of it all.
Have never done any water cooling before and dont understand much of it. Have been reading the forums for a few weeks now and still just as lost.

could you help me out and price me up and link me up to some goodies that i can get started on.

What are your aims from water cooling? Lower temperatures, quieter, greater overclock?

What do you want to cool? Just the CPU, CPU & GPU, CPU, GPU & Motherboard?

Are you prepared to cut the case?

Do you want an internally or externally mounted system?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but it all has an effect on what could be recommended.

I am just looking to make it a little bit quieter not gonna oc any further and not to bothered about lowering temps as happy with idle and load temps

Just want to cool the cpu also want it installed inside the case as the haf932 is plenty big enough i would have thought.
