Watercooling help for a newbie

hello all

thinking of verturing into water cooling soon, although ive read up on how everything is put together and what not....

i have no idea what parts i should be buying.....

so i guess this is kind of spec me thread in many ways.....

anyways

can someone "spec me" a watercooling setup even down the the fittings...... my spec is in sig and i only want to start off by watercooling my CPU

only thing is i want a 5.25" bay reservoir and want my coolant to be the mayhems Pastel blue berry blue

First of all I suggest you watch this video, you could get away with pretty much the same setup if your just cooling the CPU.



The only difference I would recommend would be to get a 240 block instead of a single 120 like he's using. You might also want to read this thread on a NZXT Phantom water cooling build (I have to say I don't like how the pump stis higher then the bottom of reservoirs). Looking through that page to get a full sized 360 rad you would need to mod the case a bit but you could get a 240 rad at the bottom if you moved the hard drive cage out (stick the hard drive in the 5.25" bay).
