'spose what I really need to ask is... where do I start?

I have never even looked at a wc kit before, in my mind water + electricity = me dead somewhere down the line. But I've started to become quite interested in it, seeing different setups and such.
How much would a decent cpu watercooling kit cost? Is it cheaper to buy sepearates and stick them together? Is this harder? I spose I don't really want to go over £150, but am I just being silly?
What I visualise is some fancy UV glowing tubes all round the case, making things look very smart and such, with it being as near to silent as possible and one of those water drive bay blocks.
So, any pointers, what should look to buy? Thanks
