hello there.
im just wanting to know if it would be possible to watercool 2x nvidia 285 cards and a intel i7 920 in 1 loop. would be using a pa120.3 rad. would this be able to cope with the heatload. thx in responce.
it will definitely work, make sure you have a fan controller with fans that can be turned up when required but which generally are turned down. So ensure you get fans that at 12v push reasonable air but which can also handle running at 5v.
Yea, if you go for a Thermochil PA120.3 with some good quality fans you should be alright I'd think.
or like others have said, could go for 2 loops? Both GPU's in one and CPU and maybe northbridge in the other? Would cost a lot more, but would be better
The rad will cope with it fine, everyone has a tendency to 'over-rad' things. You wont get the best temps and the fans might have to be high but it will work.
