Watercooling kits

What would ppl suggest buying a Pre selected kit or to mix and match your own items.
Also the Thermaltake Radiators when they say 260mm does that mean they come with a 120mm triple radiator does that mean they already have a Fan on them or what im a bit confused ????

120 [single fan] TFC xchanger Radiator
sharkoon single 120mm fan
ocz Hydroflow waterblock of CPU
7/16" masterkleer tubing
Dtek 1/2" Barbs
XSPC Reservoir/Pump
Fezer Ultra Pure water

cost £110

much better value for money than any kit

Kewl so with any Radiator i will need to purchase a relevant fan to go with it also then ?

And thats proper good value then £110
