looks good. I have read on here that Aurora fluid isn't great for long term. I pressume you are modding thje 800d to take the 240 in the bottom

Yes the link is included with the block to screw on to the bridge. There is a link bridge in the style of the block your going for but I don't think there is a plexi version.

I was going to mod the 800d to fit a 240 in the bottom however I put 2 120mm inside with the 360 in the top. Looks pretty straight forward if you have a dremel. There is a how to on YouTube

Copper and Nickel is ok to mix - stay away from Aluminium.

EDIT:
What fans are you going to use?
You might want to change the 240 RAD - GTX is a good RAD but you will have to run your fans over 1000RPM to have better results(GTX has 20FPI)

rather than putting a RAD out side the case, much better sticking with SR1 360 and a 140 or 120RAD at the rear of your case.
Even a good 360 RAD with GT15 fans is enough for a single 680 + 2700K overclocked!

I quite like the corsair ones at 1600rpm as im sticking to a red and black theme,
i also really like the BitFenix Spectre fans was thinking maybe some with red lights and some with white lights and a NZXT Sentry LX LCD Fan Controller.

yer im picking up a 27" dell ultra sharp next saturday do you think 1 680 will handle bf3 on ultra at 2560x1440?
Going to start ordering the bits next week when i get paided

If you haven't got the fan controller already I'd look at getting a better one. Nzxt controllers have a habit of making fans buzz and click from what I've read and experienced.

Also, you could get mayhems x1 blood red, a darker, richer red

+1 the blood red is really nice I had it in my red/Black 800D build.

The XSPC HighFlex Hose 1/2" ID, 3/4" OD, 19/12.7mm, 2m, Clear/UV says its for use with barbs, but im using compression fittings will that make a difference?

Stulid tested loads of thermal pastes, his results thread is in the news and announcements section.

Off the top of my head, MX-2 was the best value for money. Regardless, I still buy MX-4

I've used the arti clean TP remover (blue top and white tips on the bottles) and also the Akasa TIM remover. I found the arti clean to work exceptionally well!

To remove the TP, a card and some good quality (not that nasty supermarket 3 ply own brand ****) kitchen roll will be enough.

I now have all the parts will be building it on the wkend.
I only went for 120 rad not 240rad. I was thinking of mounting it in the bottom of the case??? Rad, cpu block, gpu, rad res/pump back to rad is that right???

If you put the 120 in the bottom just make sure you have the rear 140 fan as intake. You could put the 120 rad in the back. You could go res>rad>CPU>rad>Gpu>res. there's nothing in it for temps.

What kit did you gear in the end?
