Right I need to sort out some waterblocks for the following rig.
£663.18 2 AMD Opteron 270 (£331.59*2)
£318.43 Tyan Thunder K8WE (non-SCSI)
£86.95 SilverStone Temjin TJ05
£103.39 FSP Sparkle Epsilon 700W
£160.48 2 1GB Corsair PC3200(DDR400) (£80.24*2)
Total= £1332.43 (excl. delivery)
So I need,
2 Northbridge water blocks? Am I right in thinking those 2 black low profile heatsinks at the bottoms of the SLI slots are northbridge block sized?
2 940 CPU water blocks
1 Pump (or 2? 1 for each CPU)
1 Radiator (360x120. Or would two smaller be better? perhaps 2 240x120's?)
1 Reservoir
And a GPU water block
Can anyone recommend any good waterblocks?
I think 2 Little River Storm G5's would be nice, what you think?
And what other good blocks are there for everything else?

Q: I've heard about a silver Storm/G5 - what's that? When will it be available? How much will it cost?
The silver based Storm/G5 is the high-end version of the Storm block. It will utilise a solid pure fine silver (>99.995% purity) base-plate. Internally it is different to the regular copper Storm/G4, featuring a higher complexity and higher perfoming variant of the basic Storm design.
The silver Storm/G5 is presently in the design phase. The first prototypes should be completed by around the end of October. Once prototyping and testing is complete, it will be available through a two step purchase process. First a deposit will need to be put down to cover the cost of obtaining the silver at the available price of silver at that time, and once production is complete, a final payment will be required for the outstanding balance of the completed block.
Due to the cost of the silver, the silver Storm/G5 blocks will be produced in organised batches on a periodical basis. A pre-order would be placed, and you will have some time to make a deposit before the batch cut-off period is reached and the silver is then ordered and the batch commenced. If you miss a batch cut-off date you will have to wait until the next batch.
I would expect to be ready to be accepting pre-orders for the silver Storm/G5 by around early November at this point in time.
The final cost of the silver Storm/G5 is estimated to be around the $150-160US mark.
