Watercooling my Shuttle.

Basically I'm modding a shuttle and want to watercool it just for quietness. the biggest radiator I can fit in there though is 140mm single and I want to cool a 4890 and i7 860. Would this be ok temp wise? I'm not really that interested in overclocking it tbh. I'm also thinking of using the CPU waterblock with a pump on it by Swiftech the Apogee Drive 350. Can't seem to find any reviews is it any good?

as i said erlier, in my oppinion its going to be inadiquite

You will end up with poor temps, a single can only handle the cpu.
The 4890 is know quiet a hot card also, you would need at least a good double rad( thermochill)

No chance to cool GPU and CPU with single rad - 240mm will strugle

I'm not after amazing temps just noise reduction will they be too hot or just similir to air temps?
