Ok so right now I'm running my E6600 with a Zalman CNP9500 which is all fine and dandy but... it's just not good enough for me. I've been thinking of watercooling for a while now but just never wanted to due to never using it before and being paranoid etc.

What would you suggest as a decent but not massively expensive kit to get? I'm willing to spend a fair bit if it's a highly recommended kit as I can easily wait a paycheck or two seeing as though the PC is running ok as it is (I'm in no rush =p).

Would love some nice advice, rest of the system specs are in signature if anything like case size helps in deciding the kit.

Im pretty sure you can get blocks for GX2s but they are around £140 and OcUK don't seem to sell them. You would have to look elsewhere.

I don't know much about water cooling to im afraid i can't give much advice.

Ok that kit looks pretty good. and £140 sounds a bit steep just for a block for the gpu, though i didn't think you could get them for gx2 what with it having two GPUs?

I know you can buy them with prebuilt water cooling ready.

Heh, could only find EVGA 7950 GX2s with waterblocks on them as stock, but anyway, i'm just going to stick with CPU for now, maybe GPU when I upgrade to an 8800 in the future months =)

You can get a 7950GX2 spacer kit allowing the fitment of smaller, cheaper and better performing blocks to cool a 7950gx2. Cost is $19.99, no known UK importers at this time but it cost me roughly £17 inc postage from the US and arrived in 3 days. I planned on cooling my 7950GX2 with 2x mcw60 blocks but ended up selling it on MM and buying a 8800gtx instead.

Im very new to watercooling and just bought the Thermaltake Armour case with watercooling included. Was a bit paranoid about fitting but it wasnt very hard.

Only difficult part is finding enough space to route the tubes. I would get a guide and follow the pictures as well since the manual in black and white are not as helpful as they could have been
