Hey guys,

Looking to watercool my pc, as I want to make it as quiet and as cool as possible.

I was wondering if it was possible for someone to spec me a watercooling loop for my system, see sig.

Case is being upgraded to an 800D in the coming weeks, and the loop will be installed then.

Will want a CPU block, and GFX block.

The GFX block can wait for now, as I want to see what comes out in the refresh later this year as to whether to upgrade the GTX295.

Any help would be greatly appreciateddddd :)

I have priced the following, but not sure if the items are any good?

I was looking at something similar to that, with the pump/res in one - so this thread will also help me, so come on guys, help us out! :)

You will need a lot more kit than that. Watercooling is not something that you can do overnight. You need to do some research, you need to find out about watercooling and understand how it works. Then and only then can you think about buying parts. Watercooling research can take weeks and months, have a look here for some starting points:

Without sounding too negative if you are not at the stage where you can make half decent decisions about what to buy you are deffinately not ready to watercool. You probably need to read a hell of a lot more.
Here is how i started

Trawled the xs forums

and the stickies there

and then discovered skinnee and martin, two of the best reviewers of watercooling gear. This is where delta temps and watercooling clicked in my head, the graphs and tables didn't mean much to me at the start now i go straight to them to see how many watts can be disapated at XXXrpm fan speed

Be clear on what your goal is. Silence, performance and aesthetics and match your hardware to your needs. Think about your future cooling needs as it will probably save you money in the long run and most of all be patient. I steadily bought a component every week or 2 until i was ready and did a big order for the rest of the parts. Was nice to be able to familiarise myself with the new hardware.

Have a look at some wc builds in the new project logs section, it will give you a good idea of how a watercooling build evolves, mines linked in my sig.
