whats better to use for the pipework? copper or flexi tube stuff.
i have access to all the fittings and tools to make the copper pipework look a proper job.
any particular pros and cons?

Plastic tubing is a hell of a lot easier to route and to take apart later on. Otherwise no, copper works fine. It's used in some sub ambient loops where plastic becomes brittle.

Lol, nice!

Copper would lower temps by 0.5c at best with an internal loop (guess).
copper pipe to external rad - if over a meter would be good.

but internal is a pita - if you have the tools and time (and don't drop any solder/filings on your hardware) go for it
