Watercooling - Reccomendations

I have just ordered a Thermaltake Core X9 for a new case, and wish to introduce a watercooling setup - part of the reason is cosmetic, but primarily I want the PC to be silent once more, as my current graphics card is stupidly loud...

I have needing to be cooled:

i7 & AMD 7970

I haven't looked at watercooling for about 10 years so have no idea what I need.

So far I have been looking at:

XSPC D5 Photon 270 Reservoir/Pump Combo
XSPC EX420 Triple Fan Radiator
XSPC RayStorm CPU WaterBlock (Intel)

That's as far as I've got, I have no idea what tubing size/fittings/tools/if the above is worth getting etc or whether a cheaper kit would be fine for what I need, such as; XSPC RayStorm 750 EX240 WaterCooling Kit?

Any / all advise welcome, ideally i'd like to order in the next few days...

Thanks in advance,

Alex
