Watercooling Setup - Is this setup okay?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and was hoping you guys could answer some questions regarding my first time water-cooling setup.

I am hoping to get rid of my Corsair H60 closed-loop water cooler and outdated rig so that I can build a new custom loop (CPU + GPU) rig, however having no experience with water-cooling this can be a bit tricky. I haven't even got any of the parts yet (apart from the case) however I will list them below.


PC Specs

Case: Corsair 600T SE White
CPU: Intel i5 4670K
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme6
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Superclocked ACX
RAM: Corsair Memory Vengeance LP Arctic White 8GB
PSU: Corsair TX650

Watercooling Parts

CPU Waterblock: EK-Supremacy - Acetal
GPU Waterblock: EK-FC770 GTX - Acetal
Pump/Reservoir: EK-BAY DCP 2.2 Combo Unit
Radiators: Phobya Xtreme 200 / XSPC EX240
Coolant: Clear EK Coolant
Tubing: Masterkleer 13/10mm (3/8"ID)

I was hoping you guys could shed light on whether the radiators would be able to fit in the 600T, as well as whether the pump/reservoir combo is powerful enough for a CPU/GPU, 2 rad setup?

Another issue I had was fittings, again, I will list below what I think is correct.

6 x Phobya 13/10mm G1/4 compression fitting (Reservoir/240mm Rad/GPU)
2 x Phobya 13/10mm G1/4 compression fitting 90° (CPU Waterblock)
2 x Phobya 13/10mm G1/4 compression fittings 45° (200mm Rad)

I apologise as i'm sure this stuff comes up over and over again. :p

I think thats everything, but is there anything I need to prevent algae or is that already in the coolant?

A couple of days ago I did my first watercooling and I have that pump/res combo and the same cpu block and same fittings and the same size tubes. It all connects up perfect mate, you did it right.
BUT I only have a single rad but it is full width 60mm wide by 240mm and no GPU block. The pump does seem to do the job in my loop and I think its flowing around properly but I cannot say for sure if you need a larger one for your, I would think its ok but you will have to look up more if you need the larger pumps.
By the way you should get a UV reactive coolant because the pump/res combo at the front of the PC looks amazing at night with UV tubes in the case. People are all like WTF how did you do that, I will pay you to do it to my PC.
 
Awesome, that's some what reassuring that I managed to get fittings right (hopefully) as I was unsure if I was ready for custom water-cooling, even after building PC's for the past 5 years.

Do you have the 600T? I was just worried about the height of the rad would not give the motherboard enough clearance and might interfere with the 8 pin connector, however I can put the fans in the top compartment to hopefully avoid that.

Also in regards to tubing I'm not having a very good time deciding on what colour to go for. I would like to stay away from dyed coolant as I've heard it's not very good for the blocks, so I'll go for coloured tubing.

Don't know whether to go to orange tubing an orange Gigabyte motherboard or the setup listed above with white tubing.

Anyway, hopefully someone will be able to help regarding the 200m rad.

Well.... I've just done water cooling in the same case - using a 120mm rad on the rear and a 240mm rad of the top.

Cooling i7 Haswell CPU and 2 x GPU (GTX680) everything is fine.

Pretty much the same combination as you have (replacing the 200mm front rad with a 120mm rear rad). Pump / res (in drive bay) -> cpu -> 120mm rear rad -> gpu -> gpu -> 240mm top rad. My water temp before the top rad it around 30c (it is waaaarm today).

I've gone for quiet rather than performance (running haswell at 4ghz, but had it up to 4.6ghz with appecatable temps).

Could you tell me what rads you were using? I was originally going to put in a 120mm rad but I was worried it would interfere with 240mm so I chose the 200mm.
 
I'm using xspc ex120 and ex240 - it's a very tight squeeze, the top rad is at an angle and slightly forward, not using all screws. So thinking about it you'd probably be better off with the 200 at the front

No my case did not fit anything much really because it is a HAF 922 mid tower. So I took off the 200mm air fan from the top of the case and cut out two holes for pipes and mounted a 60mm by 240mm rad above the case and strapped it down with ratchet straps lol. I could have mounted a 480 rad up there if I wanted but it would look stupid and I only have a cpu block. Maybe in the future there will be a HAF 922 with 480 rad ( watch this space lol )
