I am seriously considering modding my new case for some watercooling as I have already got a decent pump (swiftech mcp350) as my computer has recently finally moved into my room, and it would be useful to have a system I could leave on all night without getting deafened.

I know what hardware I would LIKE to get, but I have never attempted something like this before.

My current rig is a 3800+ X2 running at 2.5GHz (theres space for more, but my cooling isn't up to it)

My Case is one of the original Antec SOHO cases, will get a picture up when I can. I'm planning on having a Thermochill 120.2 Rad (HE or PA?) on top, with an enclosure custom built by myself. One question is, should I mount the fans inside or outside for the radiator?
I'd like to get an aquacomputer aquatube to sit in my two spare 5.25" drive bays, is this feasible with the radiator sitting on top of my case?
As I have said, i already have a swiftech mcp350 pump that i got for a bargain brand new

CPU block wise, i haven't a clue. not the foggiest, so could do with some reccomendations.

I have been reccomended to go with 1/2" barbs, with my pump coming with 3/8" barbs i presume I can purchase barbs to convert this size?

My PWM temperatures at this point get rather high, without the CPU fan blowing over them I think they're liable to get worse, should I try and construct a "floating fan" bracket to put some air over them? I have also, funnily, seen some watercooling for my motherboard for these PWMs also made by aquacomputer, i presume these aren't worth buying?

I'm looking to keep the price well under £150, as I already have the pump :)

Any advice from those whom are knowledgeable would be great

The sticky at the top will answer some of your questions. :)

CPU Block - Aquaxtreme MP-05, Nexxos XP, Swiftech Storm rev 2.
A fan over the mosfets can help, good idea.
Fan's should be pulling air off the rad if possible.
