Watercooling setup

Following on from another thread, I really want to WC my new pc in a HAF-X case.

Parts to be cooled:

2500k on MSI GD65 MB
MSI 6950 OC twin frozer III gpu (xfire to come later)

Priorities:

Quietness, then cooling. Aesthetically it has to look right, and i'm prepared to pay for an epic wc loop.

Parts:

Koolance RP-452X2 dual bay reservoir/pump top for the D5 vario pump (initially 1 run off both tanks, to be upgraded later to two pumps in serial or two pumps for two separate loops)

Two radiators, a TA120.1 on the rear of the case and a TA120.2/TA140.3 on the top both as exhausts with air coming in the front and side. Fans undecided but ideally red.

On the blocks, ideally I want them all to match. CPU, GPU and the rest of the MB bits (if it's worth it for SB) and with the gpu blocks I want the option for crossfire in the future, with neat routing between the two cards. I'm thinking EK (HF full nickel) or the swiftech (apogee XT and others)

For the tubes and connectors ideally I'd do the whole lot in 1/2" stainless steel tubing precision bent to fit in the case (I've done this for high pressure lab gas reaction rigs using swagelock fittings) or clear tubing and compression fittings of the appropriate size.

I'm quite happy to take my time doing this and doing it properly but I'm a bit lost as for the best way to go. Any help (with respect to choice of parts, fitting/layout and piping) would be massively appreciated.

Just saying that you really really don't need to WC motherboards anymore :)
I've just put my loop together with a 120.3 rad in a HAF-X case and it all fit perfectly.

Your choice of maybe a 140.3 is a no go. It wouldn't fit on the top as the biggest radiator supported is a 120.3
You could possibly fit the 140 at a push but you may need to case mod.

It'd be much better to have normal tubing instead of stainless steel as it'll be easier to cut to lengths needed and will probably end up cheaper. Though steel tubing may add extra thermal qualities over tubing, it's probably not worth the hassle.

For the CPU and gpu only loop at the moment you could probably do fine with a 120.3 rad and then add another if needs be outside the back of the case by using the gromets on the back

I hate to break it to you but I don't think you can get waterblocks for the MSI cards yet as they aren't reference design.

I know, but the universal ones and some passive coolers should work. Or potentially I could make my own block (got access to a very hard-core workshop)
