Watercooling spec advice please

Hi all, ive recently set up my new system which is a 4790k and 2x980Ti which is in an Enthoo Primo case. I'm now looking to watercool it and I was wondering if these specs would be recommended for keeping it cool and quiet? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
