This is just a quick mock up of where i imagine to put things in the case im getting (which is the Lian Li V1000Z):

Does that seam ok? I dont think I will w/c chipset or GPU yet but I may add them later, which is why I went for a 120.3 rad and good components etc.

thermochill pa120.3 is better. and dont bother with that hose cutter, a stanley knife will work fine. also get 7/16 tubing over 1/2 barbs so its a really nice snug fit.

the location of the pump is worrying me a bit, it seams to far away from the other components, should this be ok?

il have a look at that rad ** on about too

cheers

should i install the kit into the case first without any components then place the components in after i leek test it for 24 hours or so?

nah just check all the fittings but power the pump from a diff psu or something so the rest of the pc has no power going to it incase it does leak. i would use some non conductive coolent.
