Whats a go to waterproof jacket for biking/running? If there is one.

It's getting cooler and WETTER :D Been biking to work for the past 4 months and it will be handy for running.

Ideally very waterproof, very breathable, look decent, reflective, under £50.

Been looking around but can't really find anything with loads of reviews.

Any suggestions would be great!

Cheers

it really is just for cycling, I only do small 3-6miles runs so generally go when it's dry or get wet.

What's the EQ2.5 like heat/breathability wise? Loads of reviews on wiggle, seems like its very waterproof, reasonably roomy for underlayers, and not bad for breathing but not great.

I'm very tempted by;

Moxie High Stretch

Will give me warmth and windproof and sounds like it's very breathable + Cheap and in blue rather visible which I want for my commute but limited rain protection which isn't a huge problem over my 20min 4.5m each way commute as I don't wear work clothes.

DHB Flashlight Windproof

Bit of warmth, very visible, decent'ish breathability, light rain protection, fairly cheap.

and probably the EQ2.5

I'd go for cosmo or turbulence as they are meant to have great breathability but user reviews don't really suggest it. Cosmo the better of the two.

It's funny, they do the flashlight (hi vis) in a windproof model with vents and two waterproof models as well but then they remove the vents from the £70 version but add them to the £90 version. :D

I might just go on colour lol, I think for my small commute i'm getting too deep.

I'm sure what ever I get will be ok for those cold starts in a couple of months with a nice long sleeve base.

Moxie High Stretch or DHB Flashlight Windproof I think, breathable and some rain protection, hivis, bit of warmth. Might go flashlight for extra visibility.
