WAV to OGG App

Looking for something I can point at a folder, full of WAV files, and then give it an output folder and then just hit go, and it convert and export the WAVs to OGG in a separate folder, for free, and not via a website.

Any suggestions?

ffmpeg is another free option.

Freac did the job, didnt even need to RTFM...
