Hi, I've been googling but I can't seem to find any fan mods I can do to my wavemaster, I would ideally like to get 2X80MM's at the motherboard tray at the back and I hear 2X120mm can be fitted at the front (dont see how mind lol).
Does anyone have the links for these saved somewhere? I found a forum place where some guy did the 2X120mm mod but the pictures are no longer there!
I would definetly want to do the motherboard tray mod though as it seems to be the easiest one but I dont know where to start, what do I cut the metal with? lol.

Dremel or a Holesaw would be the tools to use. Just make sure you mark it all out etc before you dive in. Also, you might want to consider 120mm's instead of 80mm's because they push more air and are quieter :)

Awful lot of things to go through, you basicaly want to make a new Praetorian cases motherboard tray, with the dual 80mm fans.

You can add a intake to the bottom of the case aswell, and that works quite well with a case temperature drop of about 4 deg!

ive used the blowhole at the top of the case as a intake OMG AGAINST TE LAWS OF PHYSICS
and before it was 48c idle, now its 43 in this heat, and i havent even got a freezer yet, Dare i say it, i may be able to overclock with one :O
I good idea is getting a fat drill bit, taking of the front and making about 10 Big holes or just dremeling out the holed-up metal but leaving some for the leds to be supported by

Looking at the back no way can a 120mm fit on there, it is build so it can hold the width of a 80MM fan but heigh of around 2 1/2 80mm fans.

I put a silenx fan on there blowing in and out and I couldnt hardly feel any air, but if I have the fan anywhere else I felt loads of air blowing, I think the grill thing maybe restricting the airflow?

EDIT: Excuse my ignorance but all I do is buy one of those 80mm or 120mm Holesaws, put it at the end of a drill and start spinning and cut my case? obviously wear eye protection from getting metal in there.

I will be doing that sounds like a great easy mod.
