I understand the steps should be
1. Wash
2. Sealant
3. Wax
How much layers of each should i do? the official site of smartwax states 3 layers of sealant for 'showroom shine' and 1 layer of wax...do you agree?
Also, if the wax and sealant is never removed and acts as a protector, then in theory in a few years time there will be lots of layer buildup of old wax and sealant. Is this ever removed? is so how?
I have read somewhere there are stores selling microfibre (MF) wax removing cloths, and also MF wax/sealant applicators. my question is will these MF applicators also remove the underlayer of sealant as your trying to apply the 2nd/3rd layer? in theory then this should happen if MF is used to take these layers off?
