Way of syncing local and FTP folder?

As title, is there a way of syncing a local and FTP folder system? I'm using XAMPP to develop locally but it's always a pain when you're doing updates to copy them across with the correct folder structure etc.

Is there a program that can sync at the push of a button?

a lot of IDE's have FTP built in.

I use Atom with this plugin https://atom.io/packages/remote-ftp Which directly connects to FTP/SFTP

But most IDE's have FTP built in like stated above.

But like suggested above, winscp can do this by monitoring your local and auto updating the remote server.
