Wayne Bridge pulls out of World Cup

SSN just announced that Wayne Bridge has declared himself unavailable for England selection, stating that his position had become "untennable and potentially divisive".

Awful. This does not go with my logic. Terry is the problem, not Bridge.

I agree in an ideal world Terry should have been axed from the squad, he survived purely because we'd be a worse team without him.

If the shoe had been on the foot I dare say the outcome would have been very different, we should take the moral high ground and not decide based on a game of Top Trumps.
