No OS, monitor, keyboard and mouse needed.
I do like the 600T case or maybe thinking about having ago with Bitfenix mini itx case

it can be done, it really depends what kind of performance you are wanting to achieve. A 3570K Z77 system with a mid end card should be doable for under £1000
