WD red for gaming and OS.

Hi,

Got a really good deal on a new WD 2TB red, I know it's meant for NAS system's but can I just use it like a normal HHD?

I have read different things on the internet so just wanted your opinion?

Yes, you can still use it

Yeah it will work like any other drive, although for an OS & games drive I would think it's a little too slow for a lot of peoples tastes on here.
