Some fantastic prices there. £130 for a 1Tb WD Black SN750 is a steal. I was going to hold off replacing my 250Gb Samsung (getting rather full) until I make the move to AMD why the new socket launches but will have to have a rethink with that price.
 
Great prices there, definitely shift some sales at this price point.

Less than £100 for the 1TB SN550 and £130 for the SN750 is nice to see.

I think SSDs and NVMe need to start falling to this bracket anyway ;)

OOI are the blacks really fast? The black nvme at 2tb sizing is costing almost the same as what i bought 2*2tb nvme drives for recently? Are they that much better?
The 4Tb in SSD rather than NVME seem the best value of the lot.

If it's going to be used for operating system and general office stuff then the heatsink is not worth i. The heatsink model is designed for a heavy workload to limit the amount of thermal throttling.
 
What's the difference between the Green and Blue 1TB SSD's?

Had a quick look on Google but I'm none the wiser.

Why are there two different colours of drive available at the same price?...if it's to create intentional confusion amongst customers then it's worked for me!

The blue is has the better controller and durability, blue has 5 year warranty and green has 3 years....

Blue it is then.

Begs the question if the Green is an inferior drive, why is it manufactured and for sale (at the same price)?

Could understand it if it was substantially cheaper.

Why would anybody buy the inferior version?
 
tempted to replace all my drives. i have a 512 tosiba main drive now but could replace with 1 tb and clone it. don't fancy a reinstall with all my crap on it.

replace mt 2tb sshd and 1 tb storage drive too with 1 4tb ssd. choices choices!
