Quite a few running 6 and 4k on Amazon. Not sure what Kodi they have but you could always install the latest version yourself.

I find EBay OK for buying, bought an Android box a couple of years ago, wouldn't connect to my PC, refunded without issue.

get one that says fulfilled by Amazon that way if you get a duff one your not sending it back to china.
