WDTV & NetFlix

My WDTV has NetFlix. It displayed a message this morning indicating that my card was expiring, so I have changed the payment information to PayPal. However, when I try to sign back in I don't get a virtual keyboard pop up to choose the letters.

The remote has the letters arranged above the number keys but pressing those just gives me numbers.

Can anyone help? My sons want to watch Horrid Henry and I am going to be in trouble

It's a WDTV issue, not a NetFlix issue, but thanks for the suggestion.

The answer is apparently pressing 'OK' which brings up a virtual keyboard. Not obvious at all really. All done, thanks.
