We have partnered with HTC to bring Virtual Reality to life.

As an official HTC partner we have been extensively testing hardware configurations in-house with a vast range of combinations giving the user an excellent solution at the best possible price point.

We have all of the hardware you need to upgrade, and also complete VR Gaming PCs available.

Take a look at the full range below:

5ub, a few of those links are a bit odd at the bottom of the page.
There is one that has a picture of the DX Racer Stand, but when clicked takes you to the search page for Gaming chairs, which has been filtered to only show this. Again with the picture of the Thurstmaster Warthog joystick, taking you to the range of joysticks, which again is massively filtered down to just this. Same again with the steering wheels.

Bit confusing from an end users POV, as I had to search a bit to find that DX Racer Stand.

Thank you for noticing this, I've passed this on to be looked at!

It's definitely sorted, not sure if what was done is any better though. The pictures looked better, but I don't understand why the link wouldn't just take you to a joystick page, rather than a small list of controllers, which are now listed in basic text format and look out of place. It kind of looks like the CSS is broke.

Should have got someone else to proof read your sales pitch!

This sentence is repeated twice in succession: "A virtual reality gaming setup can put a very GPU heavy load on your gaming PC system so OcUK recommends different graphics cards depending on your price point and desired VR experience."

And you can drop the extra 'industries' from the end of this sentence and remove the final comma: "The HTC Vive and Oculus Rift VR kits are the main players right now, kickstarting the immense and limitless world of VR which will inevitably expand into many other industries like Medical, Design, and Education industries."

Edit: While I'm at it I may as well get more thing of my chest :D On the descriptions for the three PC systems you could have said 'Windows 10 installed'.

Edit 2: You seem have discovered a brand new Intel i7 processor for the Titan Virtual Force VR.

Just to add to the list... showing a picture of ships from EVE Valkyrie in the background of a "we're partnered with HTC" announcement ;)

Out of interest, with my base spec should I be able to run VR with one of the recommended GFX cards?

I'd say you stand a very good chance.

We all know AMD CPUs are far behind in IPC, but at 5 GHz you should be ok.

Hard to say for sure though since reviews are still heavily focused on average FPS, and it's minimum FPS (and FPS stability) which matters more to VR. Your CPU should be fine for average FPS, but will likely dip down a lot more than an Intel 6600k or above.

I'd say give it a go when the new generation of cards comes out in a couple of months. You'll hopefully be able to get something a nice chunk faster than the GTX 970 for the same money. And also if you haven't already ordered a headset, then the earliest you could get one would be May (Vive) or July (Rift), so you may as well wait for new cards.

Thanks overclockers for the great machine that arrived on saturday morning.
Was not in the vr section but it did get me the highest marks on the vr steam test. Just waiting for my may delivery for vive :)
