Have you watched The Wire? It took a deeper look at the drug issue, from all points of view, including the dealers themselves. Revisiting Baltimore in current times would have course it would look at BLM etc.
If it is half as good as The Wire then would still be worth a watch.

Well, that was a cracking opening episode.
Is this on Sky? Will have to watch it. The Wire is probably my favourite TV show I've ever watched so a return to Baltimore is always welcome; "It's Baltimore, Gentlemen, the gods will not save you"

Great start, The Wire is still one of my favourite TV series which helps.
Was one of the supporting Police characters in The Wire based on this bloke, same look, haircut , attitude / swagger etc. Cant remember his name but Carver writes him up for unncessary force when he's a sergant in the 4th or 5th series.

Yes indeed, but presume he'd been in Baltimore Police for some time before this starts around 2015.

This was excellent, just a shame it was only 6 episodes.
Would like to see some more one and done series by the same writers - this was engrossing and solidly written start to finish.

Found it confusing initially, probably because I kept nodding off due to a very long day. Really enjoyed it though after that.
