According to that pic, the current wear value is 98 - which is fine but you should always back up SSDs because when they fail they usually do so without warning.
No you shouldn't be worried. You should have backup anyway and at the rate your drive is wearing you will have replaced it many times over (unless you plan on keeping it for 20 years).
I thought wear leveling was for mech drives, how does it work on a ssd?
