Not so long ago, I used a cool website that I pasted a link to a youtube vid in, and it let me download in whatever format I chose.

Is there a similar thing for flash vids??

There is a cool vid on the BBC news site, that I would love to retain for the future, and I assume its in flash.

Whats the best way of getting a decent quality copy on the local HD?
