For some reason neither Firefox or IE 7 will now connect to any domain on my sons PC.. it is config by wireless net card and connection is very good .
I can ping my router and tracert it no problems or any lag. In addtion his windows messanger is signed in and he can talk via that. However what ever browser I use when I launch it .. comes up with network connection or data cannot be displayed? I have looked through his options and cannot see anything that is incorrect or out of line. Also set it back to system restore a few days previous. He has just told me it has been like this for a few days.
Has anyone got any ideas he has AVG on his pc which I have removed for the time being to see if some kind of malware or spyware was causing the problem, problem is the spybot and adware on his pc he has just told me are out of date and he took them OFF!
So sorry for long post but can anyone give me any ideas of what to check as to find out the cause. By the way I can ping the BBC site using the IP addy just the browser wont display..
