Web content search script

Is there anyone out there that can point me in the direction of a script that will alert me when key words appear on a list of sites. For example when the phrase 'bird flu' appears on the www.bbc.co.uk or www.msn.co.uk

I am no prorammer or really that conversant with HTML or other languages so it would have to be fairly simple to install etc.
