with the influx of web controlled things lately a freind of mine has for the second year running setup his web controlled xmas lights http://digg.com/hardware/Christmas_Lights_2007_Where_you_are_in_control

after some down time due to the new host not being able to cope with the load, it is now back up with yet another new host.

Hopefully this one will last longer
