Web Design Opinions, Please

Just started on a design for the future OvertoneBliss Web Development portfolio site and wondered what your thoughts were on the overall design at this stage.

OvertoneBliss v1.0 (English)

I also did a Japanese translation of the site, as that will be the hardest language that I'm using, since Japanese uses foreign characters.

I'm doing Japanese, French, German and Spanish versions on the final site.

All simply to keep me on my toes with studying all of those languages, really, but if they so happen to approach me, then I'll be happy to do work for them.

I'm only confident enough to advertise to the German market though, but I doubt I'll be doing that to be honest.

Oh, and it's clear no one is happy with that site. Shame really, as I thought it was good. Oh well, back to the drawing bored. Not gonna give up 'til everyone is saying "wow" and it's worthy of all the popular CSS gallery sites .
