Any decent software out there? something with templates, know my basics around design but I want to knock up about 20 domains that I have to just get them online.

Thanks

Web design software... Dreamweaver and the likes, but that's just solid HTML/ CSS unless you fancy writing pages of Javascript or PHP code.
If you're looking for a web platform, which is already set up and has themes, templates, plugins and what not, then you want to be looking at platforms such as Joomla, DotNetNuke, WordPress and the likes.

You can quickly install Microsoft WebMatrix on your home machine and download them in an instant to test them out if you want to try different web platforms offline.

Vote for Dreamweaver here but it isn't cheap unless you can pick up an old copy or can qualify for student software.

Just come back to this again as my host has 1000 free templates to download which I never realised. I looked at a couple of other hosts and some of them also offer this as part of the hosting package.
