omg!

When doing a module on useability at university we had to choose a crap site and totally rework the design/useability of it. Our team choose that exact site and I too emailed them asking about having it redone (getting the same response as you).

hehe. Well when I emailed them I got the impression they liked the crap design as it forced people to call up. Weird way of thinking imo
