Lots of free stuff on youtube and then udemy is generally low cost and there's a introductory free tier: have a good browse and try it out. You have to try these out and see what works for you. Everyone's learning style and needs are different.
The single most important skill in development is the ability to search and find out the stuff you don't know. Stack overflow is your friend, but don't post a question there without showing you've tried to find the answer yourself - or show what you're trying to do that doesn't work. If you put zero effort in, you will be called out for it.
