Web hosting and email - recommendations please?

Thanks for that feedback people; I'll have a look at tsohost & Vidahost. It is incredibly tedious to make direct comparisons of these offerings so I do appreciate your input :)

I was originally considering 1and1 and FastHosts, both of whom seem more expensive than your suggestions.
